Reveal Research Studio, a research firm used by brands to gain insights into consumer behavior, wanted to shift its online focus from a solicitation for consumer focus group panelists to a fuller, more client-centric positioning. That meant a complete overhaul of the website and its brand personality. The first step involved substantive conversations with company founders, delving into how Reveal Research Studio saw itself, as well as how it wanted to be perceived. The results were, well, revealing.
We adopted a more playful personality for the company so it stood out among all the other research firms. And, we amped up the creativity, so it appealed to the ad agencies and brands seeking out services. Finally, by creating a new site, we were able to convey reveal research’s personality throughout the whole website experience, down to the graphics, interactive elements and tonality employed.
